Every guard covers two areas at once: the shin and the instep, which is the top of the foot. The shell is curved to wrap the leg, so it stays in the right place and holds a raised ridge down the front that spreads the force of a kick. The same moulded-foam build carries into our elbow protection, so a gym’s protective kit holds one standard.
The guard is held on by two Velcro straps above the calf and a foot loop that hooks under the arch of the foot. Together, they stop the guard from sliding down or twisting during a hard round. A soft foam back panel keeps the leg comfortable through a long session.

First, we check the leather and foam before cutting. Next, we check the first pairs off the line against your sample, then keep spot-checking through the run. Last, we check every pair for stitching, foam, straps, the foot loop and the logo before it is packed.
We send photo quality reports if you ask. Big orders can have an outside check from a firm like QIMA before shipping. Gyms that add our custom Muay Thai shorts to an order get the same checks on every item, so the standard stays the same.

The smallest order is 25 pairs per design and colourway. This covers leather, PU and gel builds. Repeat orders of a design you have already approved have no minimum.
What materials do you use for shin guards?
We build in genuine leather and cowhide or goatskin for premium and pro guards, and in synthetic PU for volume and club lines. Every build uses a multi-layer moulded-foam core, with a gel option for the most shock absorption.
Do the guards protect the foot as well as the shin?
Yes, and we strongly recommend it for new clients and new designs. Physical samples take ten to fourteen working days. The sample cost is invoiced upfront and credited against your first bulk order in full.

Yes. We make smaller youth guards for a child’s leg and women’s guards on a slimmer shape. Both come in every material and design.
Do you offer FOB pricing for big orders?
Yes. We give FOB Sialkot pricing on container orders of 1,000 pairs and above. We can also suggest freight forwarders for the trip from Sialkot to your port.
What are the payment terms for new accounts?
