Our Elbow Pad Range
We make custom elbow pads in a few main types. Most gyms start with one type, then add more once they see how it sells.
Slip-On Padded Elbow Pads
Slip-on padded elbow pads are the most popular type for Muay Thai. They pull straight over the elbow like a sock, with a soft foam pad over the outside of the joint. The stretchy fabric holds them snug, so a fighter can throw and block elbows in sparring without hurting a partner.
Strap-On Elbow Guards
Strap-on elbow guards add a velcro strap above the elbow to lock them in place. The strap stops the guard sliding down during hard training, which suits fighters who want the most secure hold. The foam pad still covers the elbow fully.

Order Process
Send Your Design
Send us your logo, colours and the sizes you need. A finished design or a rough idea both work.
Check the Proof
We make a full-colour picture of your elbow pads. You check it and approve it before we start.
Sample and Bulk
We make one sample for you to try. Once you are happy, we make the full order.
Check and Ship
We check every pair before packing. Then we ship it the cheapest safe way to your door.
After the Sale
If any pair has a real fault, we remake it or give you a discount. We want the repeat order.
Compression Elbow Sleeves
Compression elbow sleeves are lighter guards with a thin pad, made mainly for joint support. The snug knit fabric supports the elbow and boosts blood flow, so they suit warm-ups, light training and anyone who wants elbow support without a thick pad.
Cotton Thai-Style Elbow Pads
Cotton Thai-style elbow pads use a soft, stretchy cotton sleeve, the classic style worn in Thai camps. The cotton breathes well and feels comfortable through long sessions, and the foam pad gives solid protection. This style is accepted for competition by most amateur Muay Thai and kickboxing bodies.
Kids and Youth Elbow Pads
Youth elbow pads are made smaller to fit a child’s arm, not shrunk-down adult pads. The same soft foam and snug sleeve carry over, so young fighters get real protection that stays in place during training.
Women's Elbow Pads
Women’s elbow pads use a slimmer sleeve sized for a smaller arm. The full foam pad and every colour option carry over, which suits gyms that run women’s classes and want the right fit for everyone.
What Our Elbow Pads Are Made Of
Most suppliers just say “high quality foam.” We give you the real details, so you can compare us with any other maker on facts.
| Material | Padding | Best For | What It Does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stretchy Cotton Sleeve | High-density foam | Muay Thai sparring | Soft, breathable, snug slip-on fit |
| Elastic-Spandex Sleeve | EVA foam | MMA and kickboxing | Four-way stretch, stays in place, light |
| Neoprene Sleeve | Gel and foam | Heavy sparring and support | Firm hold, warm, high impact absorption |
| Compression Knit | Thin foam pad | Joint support and light training | Slim, supportive, all-day comfort |
Every guard is built around a slip-on sleeve that pulls over the elbow and holds itself in place, so there is nothing to fasten before a round. A soft high-density foam pad sits over the outside of the elbow, which is where the joint takes the most contact. The foam soaks up the force of a strike, so it protects both the wearer and the sparring partner. The same care carries into our shin pads, so a gym’s protective kit holds one standard.
A non-slip elastic edge grips the arm so the guard does not slide down during hard training. On the strap-on version, a velcro strap above the elbow adds an extra hold. The seams are stitched strong so the fabric does not fray, and the sleeves are washable for easy care.
Your Own Brand on the Elbow Pads
Building your own fight brand is a big step. It works best when your factory is set up for OEM and private label work, not treating custom orders as a one-off. Most of what we make is private label, and here is how the order runs from start to finish.
- Tell us what you want. Share your logo, colours, the sleeve type and the sizes. We advise on the foam and fabric that fit your market before we start.
- Approve the proof. We send a full-colour picture of the pads. You check the layout and logo, and changes here cost nothing.
- Get a sample. We make one real sample in your fabric and colours. The sample cost comes off your first bulk order.
- Check the sample. You try it for fit, padding and hold. One round of small changes is included.
- We make the order. We run your batch on its own, so every pair matches in colour and size.
- We check quality. We look over every pair for stitching, foam, the sleeve and the logo before packing.
- We pack and ship. Your order ships in branded bags with all the export papers.
Wholesale Prices and Order Sizes
Our wholesale elbow pad price drops as your order grows. A small gym and a national shop both fit a tier.
Order Size | Minimum Pairs | Price Level | Usual Lead Time |
|---|---|---|---|
Starter Wholesale | 30 pairs per design | Standard wholesale rate | 15 to 20 working days |
Trade Volume | 100 to 299 pairs | Volume discount | 14 to 18 working days |
Distributor | 300 to 999 pairs | Distributor price with full branding | 16 to 20 working days |
Container Level | 1,000 pairs and above | Factory-direct price, FOB Sialkot | 20 to 28 working days |
The price per pair changes with the sleeve material and the padding you pick. Gel and neoprene guards cost more than a plain cotton sleeve. We send a full price list within 24 to 48 hours of your brief. New trade accounts pay half up front, with the rest before we ship. Repeat orders of the same design have no minimum.
Who We Make Elbow Pads For
We supply a few types of business. They all want the same thing: pads that take a hard elbow and stay in place, orders that arrive on time, and a maker who keeps in touch.
Muay Thai and Kickboxing Gyms
Branded elbow pads build team spirit and sell to members for a profit. Gyms that order our MMA gloves in bulk add elbow pads to the same order, so a member buys a full set of protective kit in one place.
Fight Brands and Labels
Fight brands add elbow pads to a full kit line. We keep your design on record, so reorders are quick and you never start again.
Combat Sports Shops
Shops need pads that sell to many customers and hold enough profit to earn their shelf space. We keep ready-to-brand stock and make full custom runs for shops with their own brand.
Distributors and Importers
Distributors get container prices and our help with export papers for the EU, the Gulf and North America. We handle labels and papers for each country.
Event Organisers
Events order branded elbow pads for competitors and for sale on the day. We can meet tight event deadlines on small and mid-size runs.
Where We Make Your Elbow Pads
Sialkot has made combat sports gear for the world for over a hundred years. The city has the skilled cutters, foam workers and sewers and the export setup that keep our lead times steady. Because the fabric, foam and trims all come from nearby, our prices stay stable too.
Torrab Sports owns its own factory floor and hires its own cutters, foam workers and sewers. Your order never passes through a chain of middlemen. We watch every step ourselves, so we always know where your order stands.
Branding on Every Part
A clear brand on every part looks professional in a shop. We can brand everything the buyer sees when they open the pack.
Logo on the Pad
Your logo goes on the pad by print or embroidery, so it holds up to hard use. We can place it on the front of the pad or the sleeve.
Custom Colours
You pick the sleeve colour, the pad colour and any accent, and we match your exact brand shade.
Woven Label
A soft woven label with your brand is sewn in, and your colours can run onto the strap for a full-kit look.
Branded Packaging
Printed bags, hang tags and header cards make each pair ready for the shelf. We agree these on the sample first.
How We Check Quality
We check quality at three stages, not just once at the end. Catching a problem early costs far less than fixing a whole batch.
First, we check the fabric and foam before cutting. Next, we check the first pairs off the line against your sample, then keep spot-checking through the run. Last, we check every pair for stitching, foam, the sleeve fit and the logo before it is packed.
We send photo quality reports if you ask. Big orders can have an outside check from a firm like QIMA before shipping. Gyms that add our custom Muay Thai shorts to an order get the same checks on every item, so the standard stays the same.
Shipping Around the World
We ship elbow pads to businesses in over 40 countries. Small orders and samples go by DHL Express or FedEx, and reach the UK and Europe in three to five working days. Medium orders go by air freight in five to eight working days to the UK, USA and Australia. Large orders go by sea, and reach major UK and European ports in 18 to 25 days.
Every order includes an invoice, a packing list and a certificate of origin. We know the import rules for the UK, the EU, the Gulf and Australia, and we sort the right papers before your order ships.

Frequently ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the smallest order for custom elbow pads?
The smallest order is 30 pairs per design and colourway. This covers slip-on, strap-on and compression styles. Repeat orders of a design you have already approved have no minimum.
What materials do you use for elbow pads?
We use stretchy cotton, elastic-spandex and neoprene sleeves, with a high-density foam or EVA pad over the elbow. A gel option adds the most cushioning for heavy sparring.
Do elbow pads protect me or my sparring partner?
Both. The foam pad soaks up the force of an elbow strike, so it protects the wearer’s elbow and cushions the blow for the sparring partner during training.
How do the elbow pads stay in place?
The slip-on sleeve has a non-slip elastic edge that grips the arm. The strap-on version also has a velcro strap above the elbow for an extra secure hold.
What is the difference between padded pads and compression sleeves?
Padded elbow pads have a thick foam pad for full protection in sparring. Compression sleeves have a thin pad and are made mainly for joint support in light training.
Can I get a sample before the full order?
Yes. We make one sample in your fabric and colours first. The sample cost comes off your first bulk order.
Do you brand the pads and the packaging?
Yes. We print or embroider your logo, match your colours, sew in a woven label and add branded bags and tags. We confirm all of this on the sample.
Do you make kids and women's elbow pads?
Yes. We make smaller youth pads for a child’s arm and women’s pads on a slimmer sleeve. Both come in every material and design.
Do you offer FOB pricing for big orders?
Yes. We give FOB Sialkot pricing on container orders of 1,000 pairs and above. We can also suggest freight forwarders for the trip from Sialkot to your port.
What are the payment terms for new accounts?
New trade accounts pay half up front when the order is confirmed, and the rest before we ship. Regular accounts can ask about longer terms.
