Mouth guards

Muay Thai Shorts Manufacturer

A mouth guard is the cheapest piece of kit in any gym and the one that saves the most money. One punch to the jaw can cost a fighter thousands in dental work. A guard that costs a few pounds stops that from happening.

Ours Mouth Guards are made from soft EVA that you fit at home in a cup of hot water. Add your logo, your colours, and your own case. Trusted by gyms and fight brands in more than 40 countries. Flexible order minimums, fast turnaround, and full private label support from our factory in Sialkot.

Our Mouth Guard Range

We make mouth guards in a few builds. Every one is ready for production and fully customisable. Most buyers start with one build and add the others once they see what sells.

Single Layer Mouth Guards

The simplest build and the cheapest to make. One layer of EVA, moulded to the teeth at home in hot water. This is the guard gyms hand to beginners and sell at the front desk. Low price, easy sale, and it does the main job of keeping teeth safe during pad work and light sparring. If you want a high-volume seller, start here.

Dual Layer Gel Mouth Guards

Two layers instead of one. A soft gel layer sits against the teeth and a firmer outer shell takes the hit. The gel spreads the force of a punch across a wider area, so it feels far better on a hard shot. This is the build serious fighters buy, and it holds a much better shelf price than a single layer guard. Most retailers stock both and let the customer choose.

Full Cover Mouth Guards

These cover the top and bottom teeth together. Boxers and MMA fighters use them for heavy sparring because they hold the jaw in a steady position.

They cost more, and they take a little longer to get used to. Sell them to your advanced members and competition team rather than to first-week beginners.

Embroidered Muay Thai Shorts

Embroidery occupies the premium end of the Thai boxing shorts market and it sells at a meaningful price premium for good reason. The texture and depth of multi-thread embroidery on a satin ground reads as quality in a way that print cannot replicate, and for certain customer bases, particularly those who follow traditional Thai fight culture, it carries genuine product value.
We handle flat embroidery for logos and text as well as raised embroidery for decorative elements including traditional Thai motifs. Lead time for embroidered styles runs slightly longer due to the finishing involved, but the resulting garment commands a noticeably higher retail price point and tends to generate strong repeat purchases from customers who own one pair and want more.

Cases and Retail Packs

Every guard ships in a vented plastic case. The vents let the guard dry out, which stops it going smelly in a kit bag.

Cases carry your logo far better than the guard itself, because they are bigger and flat. Many brands print the case and keep the guard plain. It costs less and it looks sharper on a shelf.

Kids and Youth Muay Thai Shorts

Junior classes are busy and most suppliers only make one adult size. Ours are moulded on a smaller arch, so the guard sits properly on a child’s mouth instead of pushing against the cheeks.

Youth sizes cover ages four to fourteen. Gyms running kids classes buy these in bulk, because parents replace them often as children grow.

Women's Muay Thai Shorts

Our women’s fit is another area where we invested in developing a proper block rather than cutting down an adult medium. The hip-to-waist ratio, inseam length and waistband tension in our women’s muay thai training shorts reflect how female fighters actually move and what they need from the garment during training and competition. Available across all decoration methods, and increasingly popular with gyms that run dedicated women’s programmes and want gender-appropriate kit throughout.

Materials and Build

Most suppliers just say “high-quality material”. We would rather give you the real details so you can compare us properly with anyone else you are pricing.

EVA stands for ethylene vinyl acetate. It is a soft plastic that goes bendy in hot water and firm again when it cools. That is what lets a guard mould to the teeth.

All our guards are BPA-free and latex-free. BPA is a chemical some buyers ask about, and many schools and youth leagues will not accept a guard that contains it. We leave it out of every batch.

Each guard has breathing channels cut through the front. These are small gaps that let air pass while the mouth is closed, so a fighter can breathe and talk through a round.

The bite ridge runs along the top of the guard. It is a raised strip that the teeth press into during fitting. A deep ridge holds the guard in place. A shallow one lets it slip, which is the main complaint people have about cheap guards.

How Your Custom Order Works, Step by Step

Putting your name on kit is a real business step. It goes best when the factory is set up for it. Custom and private label work is the core of what we do at Torrab Sports.

Here is exactly how it runs, from your first message to delivery at your door.

  • Send your brief. Share your logo, colours, build, and packaging ideas. A finished design file or a rough sketch both work. Our design team will tell you honestly if something will cause a problem before it costs you anything.
  • Approve the digital mockup. We make a full-colour picture of your guard, case, and box before we make anything. Changes at this stage cost nothing and take hours.
  • Approve the physical sample. Once the mockup is signed off, we make a real sample in your colours. This takes 12 to 16 working days. The sample cost comes off your first bulk order in full.
  • Review and adjust. You fit the guard, check the bite, and look at the case and print. Most clients ask for one round of small changes. The first round is included in the sample cost.
  • Bulk production. We run a separate batch for every client order. No mixing of runs. This keeps every guard in your order the same.
  • Quality check. Every batch is checked for thickness, ridge depth, colour, and print position. Cases are checked for a firm close.
  • Packing and dispatch. Orders ship with full export paperwork. Your branding goes on the guard, the case, the box, and the shipper carton as agreed in your brief.

Wholesale Prices and Order Minimums

Mouth guards work differently from our other kit. The unit price is low, so the order minimum is higher. This keeps the price per guard sensible for you.

Order TierMinimum UnitsPricing LevelLead Time
Starter Wholesale100 pieces per designStandard wholesale rate18–22 working days
Trade Volume500–999 piecesVolume discount applied16–20 working days
Distributor1,000–4,999 piecesDistributor pricing with full branding16–20 working days
Container Level5,000 pieces and aboveFactory floor pricing, FOB Sialkot20–26 working days

Build moves the price most. A single layer guard is the cheapest. A dual layer gel guard costs more to make but sells for far more, so the margin is usually better. Tell us your target shelf price and we will build the spec backwards from it.

You can mix colours and sizes inside one minimum, as long as the build stays the same.

We send a full price breakdown within 24 to 48 hours of your brief. New trade accounts pay 50% deposit at order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment. Repeat orders on an approved design have no minimum. We keep your mould spec, colour codes, and print files on record.

Who And Supply

Our wholesale client base spans several distinct business types across the combat sports industry. What they share is that they need consistent quality, reliable lead times, and a manufacturer that communicates clearly throughout the process rather than going quiet once a deposit is paid.
Muay Thai and Kickboxing Gyms
Gym owners represent a meaningful share of our wholesale muay thai shorts business. Club-branded kit builds identity and community within a gym in a way that generic kit from a sports shop never achieves. It also works as a genuine revenue stream when sold to members at a retail margin. We handle everything from design through to finished product, so gym owners do not need to navigate a complicated supply chain. They brief us, approve the sample, and receive finished branded shorts at their door.

Boxing, MMA and Muay Thai Gyms

Every new member needs a guard on day one. Most gyms will not let anyone spar without one. That makes it the easiest repeat sale in a pro shop, and a branded guard puts the club name in a fighter’s hands every single session.

Combat Sports Retailers

Retailers use mouth guards as a counter product. They are small, cheap, and people add one to a bigger basket without thinking. The margin on a branded guard is usually stronger than on gloves or clothing.

Fight Brands and Combat Sports Labels

Brands add a guard to round out a range. It gives the customer a low-cost way to try the brand before spending more on gloves or kit. We have supplied labels in the UK, Scandinavia, Australia, and North America.

Schools, Clubs and Youth Leagues

Many youth sports bodies now make guards compulsory. Clubs buy them in bulk for whole squads, often in club colours with the badge on the case.

Where We Make Them

Sialkot has made sports goods at a world-class level for over a century. Hundreds of fight wear and equipment factories work here, supplying brands in every major combat sports market. Suppliers, moulders, and packaging printers all sit in the same city.

For you, that means our supply chain runs locally. Lead times stay steady. Prices stay stable, which is hard for factories that bring parts in from three different countries.

Torrab Sports adds quality checks, in-house design, and direct international communication that many Sialkot factories do not offer. We know what is happening at every stage of your run, and we tell you straight if a date is going to move.

Branding Beyond the Mouth Guard

Strong branding across every touchpoint is what separates a professional product from a generic one. Our options cover everything the customer sees when the pack opens.

Logo on the Guard

Your logo can be printed onto the front of the guard itself, where it shows every time the fighter opens their mouth. Small, but it appears in every training photo and every corner shot.

Branded Cases

The case is the best branding space you have. It is flat, it is big, and it sits in the customer’s bag for months. We print or mould your logo straight onto it.

Retail Boxes and Header Cards

Printed boxes, blister packs, and hanging header cards are all part of your production spec. We match your colours and fonts across every item so the shelf display looks like one range.

Matching Kit

Mouth guards sell best next to other gear. Boxing gloves, hand wraps, shin pads, and MMA gloves all run on one production schedule and ship together in one delivery.

How We Check Quality

We check quality at three stages, because catching a problem mid-run costs far less than finding it after the whole batch is finished.

When material arrives, we check it for thickness, colour, and softness before anything is moulded. During the run, supervisors compare the first pieces against the approved sample and keep spot-checking after that. At the end, every batch is checked for thickness, ridge depth, print position, and case fit.

Mouth guards get one extra test. We take pieces from each batch and fit them in hot water, exactly the way a customer would. If a guard does not soften properly or does not hold its shape after cooling, the batch does not ship.

We send photo-quality reports on request. For big orders, we can arrange an outside inspection from a company such as QIMA before shipment if your buying rules require it.

Shipping and Export

We export to businesses in more than 40 countries. That covers everything from a single courier packet with samples to a full container.

Samples and small orders go by DHL Express or FedEx International Priority. Delivery to the UK and mainland Europe usually takes 3 to 5 working days from Sialkot. Mid-size orders go by air freight, 5 to 8 working days door to door for the UK, USA, and Australia. Container orders go by sea, 18 to 25 days to major UK and European ports.

Mouth guards are the cheapest item in our range to ship. They weigh almost nothing and pack tightly, so freight adds very little to the cost per unit. This makes them a smart item to add to any order you are already sending.

Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, a packing list, and a certificate of origin. We have handled UK post-Brexit paperwork, EU customs, UAE and GCC imports, and Australian import standards. If your market has a rule we have not met before, we confirm the paperwork before your order ships rather than after it lands at customs.

Yes. Every guard we make is BPA-free and latex-free. This matters for school and youth league orders, where those materials are often banned.

Yes. We print on the guard, on the case, and on the box. The case gives you the largest and clearest logo space, so most brands put the main mark there.

Can the guard be refitted if it goes wrong?

Yes. Drop it back into hot water and repeat the steps. Most guards can be refitted two or three times before the material stops holding shape.

The guard goes into hot water for about 20 to 30 seconds, which makes it soft. The user bites down and it takes the shape of their teeth. It sets hard again as it cools.
