Boxing T-shirts
Boxing t-shirts are casual training and lifestyle tops for boxers, gyms and fight brands. Fighters wear them to train, for walkouts on fight night, and as everyday gym wear and merch. Torrab Sports makes custom boxing t-shirts for gyms, fight brands and shops that sell their own kit. We handle the fabric, the printing, the sewing and the branding in one factory in Sialkot, so you deal with one supplier from the first idea to the finished, boxed order.
Boxing gyms, MMA academies and combat sports shops across the UK, Europe, the Gulf and North America buy their wholesale boxing t-shirts from us. They come back because the print stays sharp, the fabric keeps its shape after washing, and the design matches the rest of their kit.

Our Boxing T-Shirt Range
We make custom boxing t-shirts in a few main types. Most gyms start with one type, then add more once they see how it sells.
Cotton Gym T-Shirts
Cotton gym t-shirts are the everyday choice for training and merch. The soft cotton feels good, breathes well and takes a bright print, which makes it the best type for gym wear, team kit and shop stock. It is pre-shrunk, so it keeps its size after washing.
Performance Training T-Shirts
Performance training t-shirts are made from a light polyester that wicks sweat and dries fast. They keep a fighter cool and dry through a hard session, so they suit dry-fit training tees and active gym wear. The stretch fabric moves with the body.

Order Process
Send your design
Send us your logo, colours and the sizes you need. A finished design or a rough idea both work.
Check the proof
We make a full-colour picture of your t-shirt. You check it and approve it before we start.
Sample & Bulk
We make one sample for you to try. Once you are happy, we make the full order.
Check & Ship
We check every shirt before packing. Then we ship it the cheapest safe way to your door.
Aftersales
If any shirt has a real fault, we remake it or give you a discount. We want repeat orders.
Ringspun and Premium Tees
Ringspun cotton tees use cotton that is spun soft and combed clean, so the shirt feels smooth and looks premium. This type suits fight brands and gyms that want a higher-end merch tee. The soft finish and clean print help the shirt sell at a better price.
Walkout and Fight-Night Tees
Walkout tees are made for fight night, with bold, full designs and sponsor logos across the shirt. Fighters and corner teams wear them into the ring, and gyms sell them as event merch. We can print big graphics that stand out on camera.
Kids and Women's T-Shirts
Youth boxing t-shirts are cut for a child’s body, and women’s t-shirts use a fit shaped for a woman, not a resized men’s shirt. Both come in every fabric, colour and design, so a gym can kit out its whole membership.
Long-Sleeve and Tank Tops
Long-sleeve tees and tank tops round out a clothing line. Long sleeves suit cooler weather and warm-ups, while tank tops (also called vests) suit hot gyms and bag work. Both come in the same fabrics and designs as the short-sleeve tees.
What Our Boxing T-Shirts Are Made Of
Most suppliers just say “high quality cotton.” We give you the real details, so you can compare us with any other maker on facts.
| Fabric | Weight | Best For | What It Does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ringspun Cotton | 180–200 gsm | Premium gym and merch tees | Very soft, holds a print well, keeps its shape |
| Cotton-Poly Blend | 160–190 gsm | Everyday training tees | Soft, tough, low shrink, easy to wash |
| Performance Polyester | 150–180 gsm | Dry-fit training tees | Wicks sweat, dries fast, light stretch |
| 100% Cotton | 180–220 gsm | Classic heavy tees | Breathable, hard-wearing, natural feel |
Every shirt has a crew neck with a ribbed collar that keeps its shape and does not stretch out. The hems and sleeves are double-stitched, which means they are sewn twice so they do not come apart in the wash. The shirt is side-seamed for a clean, fitted shape. The same care carries into our boxing hoodies, so a full clothing line looks like one set.
We add your design by a few methods. Screen printing presses ink onto shirts and suits, producing bold, simple logos in bulk. Digital print and sublimation soak fine, full-colour designs into the fabric so they will not crack. Embroidery stitches a raised logo for a premium look. We help you pick the best method for your design.
Your Own Brand on the T-Shirts
Building your own fight brand is a big step. It works best when your factory is set up for OEM and private label work, not treating custom orders as a one-off. Most of what we make is private label, and here is how the order runs from start to finish.
- Tell us what you want. Share your design, colours and sizes. We tell you early if anything will not print well, before it costs you money.
- Approve the proof. We send a full-colour picture of the shirt. You check the layout and logo, and changes here cost nothing.
- Get a sample. We make one real sample in your fabric and colours. The sample cost comes off your first bulk order.
- Check the sample. You try it for fit, feel and print. One round of small changes is included.
- We make the order. We run your batch on its own, so every shirt matches in colour and size.
- We check quality. We look over every shirt for stitching, print and sizing before packing.
- We pack and ship. Your order ships in branded bags with all the export papers.
Wholesale Prices and Order Sizes
Our wholesale boxing t-shirt price drops as your order grows. A small gym and a national shop both fit a tier.
| Order Size | Minimum Pieces | Price Level | Usual Lead Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter Wholesale | 50 pieces per design | Standard wholesale rate | 12–16 working days |
| Trade Volume | 150–499 pieces | Volume discount | 12–15 working days |
| Distributor | 500–999 pieces | Distributor price with full branding | 14–18 working days |
| Container Level | 1,000 pieces and above | Factory-direct price, FOB Sialkot | 18–25 working days |
The price per shirt changes a little with the fabric and the print method you pick. We send a full price list within 24 to 48 hours of your brief. New trade accounts pay half up front, with the rest before we ship. Repeat orders of the same design have no minimum.
Who We Make Boxing T-Shirts For
We supply a few types of business. They all want the same thing: shirts that hold their print and shape, orders that arrive on time, and a maker who keeps in touch.
Boxing and MMA Gyms
Gym t-shirts build team spirit and sell to members for a profit. Gyms that order our rash guards in bulk add t-shirts to the same order, so members buy a full clothing set in one place.
Fight Brands and Labels
Fight brands build a full clothing line around their tees. We keep your design files on record, so reorders are quick and you never start again.
Combat Sports Retailers
Shops need shirts that sell to many customers and earn their shelf space. We keep ready designs for quick top-ups and make full custom runs for shops with their own brand.
Distributors and Import Businesses
Distributors get container prices and our help with export papers for the EU, the Gulf and North America. We handle labels and papers for each country.
Event Organisers and Promotions
Events order team and walkout tees for fighters and for sale on the day. We can meet tight event deadlines on small and mid-size runs.
Where We Make Your T-Shirts
Sialkot and the wider region have made sportswear for the world for over a hundred years. The area has the skilled cutting, sewing and printing teams and the export setup that keep our lead times steady. Because the fabric, ink and trims all come from nearby, our prices stay stable too.
Torrab Sports owns its own factory floor and hires its own cutters, printers and sewers. Your order never passes through a chain of middlemen. We watch every step ourselves, so we always know where your order stands.
Branding on Every Part
A clear brand on every part looks professional in a shop. We can brand everything the buyer sees when they open the pack.
Printed Design
Your logo and artwork go on the front, back or sleeve by screen print, digital print or sublimation, so the design stays sharp through washing.
Neck Label
A printed or woven neck label carries your brand. A tagless printed label gives a clean, no-scratch finish inside the collar.
Custom Colours
You pick every colour, and we match your exact brand shade so it looks the same on every shirt.
Branded Bags and Tags
Printed poly bags, hang tags and header cards make each shirt ready for the shelf. We agree these on the sample first.
How We Check Quality
We check quality at three stages, not just once at the end. Catching a problem early costs far less than fixing a whole batch.
First, we check the fabric and ink before cutting. Next, we check the first shirts off the line against your sample, then keep spot-checking through the run. Last, we check every shirt for stitching, print and sizing before it is packed.
We send photo quality reports if you ask. Big orders can have an outside check from a firm like QIMA before shipping. Gyms that add our custom Muay Thai shorts to an order get the same checks on every item, so the standard stays the same.
Shipping Around the World
We ship boxing t-shirts to businesses in over 40 countries. Small orders and samples go by DHL Express or FedEx, and reach the UK and Europe in three to five working days. Medium orders go by air freight in five to eight working days to the UK, USA and Australia. Large orders go by sea, and reach major UK and European ports in 18 to 25 days.
Every order includes an invoice, a packing list and a certificate of origin. We know the import rules for the UK, the EU, the Gulf and Australia, and we sort the right papers before your order ships.

Frequently ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the smallest order for custom boxing t-shirts?
The smallest order is 50 pieces per design and colourway. This covers cotton, blend and performance fabrics. Repeat orders of a design you have already approved have no minimum.
What fabric do you use for boxing t-shirts?
We use soft ringspun cotton, cotton-poly blends and 100% cotton for gym and merch tees, and light performance polyester for dry-fit training tees. Every fabric is pre-shrunk so the shirt keeps its size.
What print methods do you offer?
We offer screen print for bold bulk logos, digital print and sublimation for fine full-colour designs, and embroidery for a raised logo. We help you pick the best method for your artwork.
Will the print fade or crack after washing?
No. Screen prints are cured to set the ink, and sublimation soaks the colour into the fabric. Both hold up through many washes without cracking or fading.
What fits and styles do you make?
We make regular, slim and oversized fits, in short sleeve, long sleeve, v-neck and tank top styles, for men, women and youth.Yes. We manufacture boxing shorts, MMA shorts, rash guards, compression shorts, training tops and kickboxing trousers as part of our core range. Many clients order coordinated kit across multiple product types to build consistent branding across their full line. We manage multi-product orders under a single production schedule and a single shipment wherever possible.
Can I get a sample before the full order?
Yes. We make one sample in your fabric and colours first. The sample cost comes off your first bulk order.
Do you brand the shirt and the packaging?
Yes. We print or embroider your logo, add a printed or woven neck label, match your colours and add branded bags and tags. We confirm all of this on the sample.
Do you make kids and women's t-shirts?
Yes. We make youth t-shirts cut for a child and women’s t-shirts on a women’s fit, not a resized men’s shirt. Both come in every fabric and design.
Do you offer FOB pricing for big orders?
Yes. We give FOB Sialkot pricing on container orders of 1,000 pieces and above. We can also suggest freight forwarders for the trip from Sialkot to your port.
What are the payment terms for new accounts?
New trade accounts pay half up front when the order is confirmed, and the rest before we ship. Regular accounts can ask about longer terms.
