MMA Shorts
MMA shorts are tough, stretchy fight shorts built for two jobs at once. The leg has to swing free for a kick, and the fabric has to hold up when someone grabs and pulls on the mat. Torrab Sports makes custom MMA shorts for gyms, fight brands and shops that sell training kit under their own name. We handle the fabric, the printing, the sewing and the branding in one factory in Sialkot, so you deal with one supplier from the first idea to the finished, boxed order.
MMA gyms, BJJ academies and combat sports shops across the UK, Europe, the Gulf and North America buy their wholesale MMA shorts from us. They come back because the seams hold through a takedown, the leg moves free for a kick, and the print matches the rest of their kit.

Our MMA Shorts Range
We make custom MMA shorts in a few main cuts. Most gyms start with one cut, then add more once they see how it sells.
Hybrid MMA Shorts
Hybrid MMA shorts are the most popular cut today. They mix a tough board short shell with 4-way stretch panels down the inner leg, so you get a strong outer fabric and free movement in one short. The velcro flap and drawstring keep them locked in place through striking and grappling alike.
Board-Style MMA Shorts
Board-style MMA shorts use the classic flat-front fight shorts look with a velcro and snap closure. The woven microfibre shell is tough and takes a bright print well, which makes this cut a strong choice for fight brands that want a bold, branded design.

Aftersales
If any pair has a real fault, we remake it or give you a discount. We want repeat orders.
Vale Tudo Shorts
Vale tudo shorts are tight, stretchy compression shorts that fit close to the body. They are made from spandex-rich fabric that moves every way, so nothing catches during grappling and ground work. Grapplers and BJJ athletes wear them for a snug fit with a full range of motion.
Grappling and no-gi Shorts
Grappling and no-gi shorts are built for heavy mat work, with strong stretch panels and an elastic waist that holds through a scramble. There is no loose fabric for a partner to grab, so they suit no-gi BJJ, wrestling and submission training.
Kids and Youth MMA Shorts
Youth MMA shorts are made on smaller patterns built for a child’s body, not shrunk-down adult shorts. The same stretch gusset, tough shell and bright print carry over, so young fighters get proper kit that fits and lasts.
Women's MMA Shorts
Women’s MMA shorts use a fit shaped for a woman’s body rather than a resized men’s short. You can order every cut and design in the women’s fit, which suits gyms that run women’s classes and want the right fit for everyone.
What Our MMA Shorts Are Made Of
Most suppliers just say “high quality fabric.” We give you the real details, so you can compare us with any other maker on facts.
| Fabric | Weight | Best For | What It Does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Woven Microfibre | 120–180 gsm | Board and hybrid MMA shorts | Tough, light, holds a printed design well |
| 4-Way Stretch Poly-Spandex | 160–200 gsm | Stretch panels and mobility | Moves every way, springs back, resists tearing |
| Compression Lycra | 200–240 gsm | Vale tudo and grappling shorts | Tight, form-fitting, full range of motion |
| Mesh-Panel Blend | 140–180 gsm | Hot gyms and long sessions | Extra airflow, stays cool and dry |
Every pair has a stretch gusset. This is a stretchy panel sewn into the inner leg and crotch, so the leg can swing high for a kick without the seam splitting. A high side slit adds even more room for the leg to move. The same clean finish carries into our custom Muay Thai shorts, so a gym kit looks like one set across both cuts.
The seams use flatlock stitching. This means the seams lie flat instead of sticking up, so they never rub the skin and they hold under a hard pull. The waist closes with a velcro flap, an internal drawstring and a snap button, which keeps the shorts locked in place through striking and grappling.
Your Own Brand on the Shorts
Building your own fight brand is a big step. It works best when your factory is set up for OEM and private label work, not treating custom orders as a one-off. Most of what we make is private label, and here is how the order runs from start to finish.
- Tell us what you want. Share your design, colours and sizes. We tell you early if anything will not print or sew well, before it costs you money.
- Approve the proof. We send a full-colour picture of the shorts. You check the layout and logo, and changes here cost nothing.
- Get a sample. We sew one real sample in your fabric and colours. The sample cost comes off your first bulk order.
- Check the sample. You try it for fit, stretch and print. One round of small changes is included.
- We make the order. We run your batch on its own, so every pair matches in colour and size.
- We check the quality. We look over every pair for seams, print and sizing before packing.
- We pack and ship. Your order ships in branded bags with all the export papers.
Wholesale Prices and Order Sizes
Our wholesale MMA shorts price drops as your order grows. A small gym and a national shop both fit a tier.
| Order Size | Minimum Pieces | Price Level | Usual Lead Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter Wholesale | 30 pieces per design | Standard wholesale rate | 14–18 working days |
| Trade Volume | 100–299 pieces | Volume discount | 12–16 working days |
| Distributor | 300–999 pieces | Distributor price with full branding | 14–18 working days |
| Container Level | 1,000 pieces and above | Factory-direct price, FOB Sialkot | 18–25 working days |
The price per pair changes a little with the fabric and the cut you pick. We send a full price list within 24 to 48 hours of your brief. New trade accounts pay half up front, with the rest before we ship. Repeat orders of the same design have no minimum.
Who We Make MMA Shorts For
We supply a few types of businesses. They all want the same thing: shorts that hold their seams and print, orders that arrive on time, and a maker who keeps in touch.
- MMA and BJJ Gyms Gym shorts build team spirit and sell to members for a profit. Gyms that order our rash guards in bulk often add MMA shorts to the same order, so members buy a full no-gi kit in one place.
- Fight Brands and Labels Fight brands add MMA shorts to a full clothing line. We keep your design files on record, so reorders are quick and you never start again.
- Combat Sports Shops Shops need shorts that sell to many customers and earn their shelf space. We keep ready designs for quick top-ups and make full custom runs for shops with their own brand.
- Distributors and Importers Distributors get container prices and our help with export papers for the EU, the Gulf and North America. We handle labels and papers for each country.
- Event Organisers Events order team shorts for competitors and for sale on the day. We can meet tight event deadlines on small and mid-size runs.
Where We Make Your MMA Shorts
Sialkot has made sportswear for the world for over a hundred years. The city has the skilled sewing teams, the sublimation printers and the export setup that keep our lead times steady. Because the fabric, ink and trims all come from nearby, our prices stay stable too.
Torrab Sports owns its own factory floor and hires its own cutters, printers and sewers. Your order never passes through a chain of middlemen. We watch every step ourselves, so we always know where your order stands.
Combat Sports Retailers
Retail buyers sourcing thai boxing shorts wholesale for their shop floor need a product that sells to a broad customer base and carries enough margin to justify the floor space. We stock a selection of ready-to-ship designs for retailers who need to move quickly on a stock gap, alongside our full custom production capability for retailers building their own brand range.
Distributors and Import Businesses
Distributors covering multiple markets benefit from our container-level pricing and our experience handling full export documentation, customs invoicing and country-specific labelling requirements. We regularly supply distributors serving markets across Europe, the Gulf, Southeast Asia, and North America. If you need FOB pricing, a certificate of origin, or specific labelling formats for your destination country, we have handled it before.
Event Organisers and Promotions
Muay Thai promotions frequently need event-branded shorts for competitors and corner teams, as well as product for retail sale on event day. Our production cycles are structured to accommodate tight event deadlines on small to mid-size runs, and we have supplied branded fight shorts for regional promotions right through to nationally televised Muay Thai events.
Manufacturing in Sialkot and What It Means for Your Supply Chain
Sialkot has produced sports goods at a globally competitive level for over a century. The city accounts for a substantial share of the world’s hand-stitched sports equipment and is home to hundreds of specialist fight-wear manufacturers supplying brands across every major combat sports market. The concentration of skilled labour, specialist fabric suppliers, trim manufacturers and established export infrastructure in a single city creates efficiencies that are genuinely difficult to replicate elsewhere.
For buyers, the practical benefit is that our supply chain for materials, trims and specialist inputs runs locally rather than across multiple countries. That keeps our lead times predictable and our pricing stable in a way that manufacturers dependent on imported components from multiple sources cannot always match.
Torrab Sports operates within Sialkot’s manufacturing ecosystem but brings additional quality controls, in-house design capability and direct international communication that many factories in the city lack. We own our production floor and employ our machinists directly. Orders do not move through a network of subcontractors. We know exactly what is happening at every stage of your production run because it is happening in our facility.
Branding on Every Part
A clear brand on every part looks professional in a shop. We can brand everything the buyer sees when they open the pack.
Printed and Silicone Logos
Your logo goes on by sublimation, silicone patch or heat transfer, so it stays put through hard use. We can place it on the leg, the waistband or the back.
Waistband Branding
Your brand name can run along the outer waistband, where it shows at a glance in the ring and on the mat.
Custom Colours
You pick every colour, and we match your exact brand shade so it looks the same on every pair.
Branded Bags and Tags
Printed poly bags, hang tags and woven labels make each pair ready for the shelf. We agree on the sample first.
How We Check Quality
We check quality at three stages, not just once at the end. Catching a problem early costs far less than fixing a whole batch.
First, we check the fabric and ink before cutting. Next, we check the first pairs off the line against your sample, then keep spot-checking through the run. Last, we check every pair for seams, print, closure and sizing before it is packed.
We send photo quality reports if you ask. Big orders can have an outside check from a firm like QIMA before shipping. Gyms that add our MMA gloves to an order get the same checks on every item, so the standard stays the same.
Shipping Around the World
We ship MMA shorts to businesses in over 40 countries. Small orders and samples go by DHL Express or FedEx, and reach the UK and Europe in three to five working days. Medium orders go by air freight in five to eight working days to the UK, USA and Australia. Large orders go by sea, and reach major UK and European ports in 18 to 25 days.
Every order includes an invoice, a packing list and a certificate of origin. We know the import rules for the UK, the EU, the Gulf and Australia, and we sort the right papers before your order ships.
torrab sports ltd.

Our design and production team serves brands, shops, clubs and startups across every major combat sports market.
Frequently ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the smallest order for custom MMA shorts?
The smallest order is 30 pieces per design and colourway. This covers hybrid, board-style and vale tudo cuts. Repeat orders of a design you have already approved have no minimum.
What fabric do you use for MMA shorts?
We use a tough woven microfibre for the shell, with 4-way stretch poly-spandex panels for movement. Vale tudo cuts use a tighter compression lycra. Weights run from 120 gsm up to 240 gsm depending on the cut.
What is the difference between board, hybrid and vale tudo shorts?
Board shorts have a flat front and a Velcro-and-snap closure. Vale Tudo shorts are tight, stretchy compression shorts. Hybrid shorts mix both: a tough board shell with stretch panels for the best of each.
Will the printed design fade or peel?
No. We print by sublimation, which soaks the colour into the fabric instead of laying it on top. The design will not peel, crack or fade, even after many washes.
How do the shorts stay up during a fight?
The waist uses a velcro flap, an internal drawstring and a snap button together. This keeps the shorts locked in place through kicks, takedowns and ground work.
Can I get a sample before the full order?
Yes. We sew one sample in your fabric and colours first. The sample cost comes off your first bulk order.
Do you brand the shorts and the packaging?
Yes. We add your logo by sublimation, silicone patch or heat transfer, brand the waistband, match your colours and add branded bags and tags. We confirm all of this on the sample.
Do you make kids and women's MMA shorts?
Yes. We make youth MMA shorts on smaller patterns and women’s MMA shorts on a women’s fit, not a resized men’s short. Both come in every cut and design.
Do you offer FOB pricing for big orders?
Yes. We give FOB Sialkot pricing on container orders of 1,000 pieces and above. We can also suggest freight forwarders for the trip from Sialkot to your port.
What are the payment terms for new accounts?
New trade accounts pay half up front when the order is confirmed, and the rest before we ship. Regular accounts can ask about longer terms.
